After our usual church practice, I stayed back. There was a melody pressing on my heart and words the Spirit of the Lord had been dropping in me, and I had to follow it. I sat at the piano and began on it. A little while in, I invited two young men — Johnmary and Jesse — to join me. Together we worked through the song from start to finish and gave it structure. Big up to them; God brought them for a purpose. The phrase that wouldn't leave me was, "God who is rich in mercy, how can we give Him thanks?"
